1975 - 17,718 impulse-telepathic contactees

According to the information from Billy, all impulse-telepathic contact from the Pleiadians/Plejarens to Earth humans are carried out by telepathy machines. In the contact notes there is an example from the year 2001 where Billly asks Ptaah if he could forward a message to a person gone on holiday in Italy to call Billy urgently back in Switzerland. Since this person had no mobile with him and was uncontactable, Ptaah took in use the telepathy machine to contact him. It was successful and the person, the recipient, also wrote a witness statement of what happened to him when he received these impulses. See here for more details. 

In contact 39, Semjase tells Billy that 17,718 Earth humans are currently in impulse-telepathic contact with extraterrestrial life forms of various kinds. The word currently here means as of 3rd December 1975 and she tells him this number includes the increase of 296 since the date when he met with Ptaah which was on the 17 July 1975. Meaning this increase happened over a span of 4,5 months. She also breaks down the numbers into groups with a definitions attached to each number.
