The Pleiadian federation
These alliances are oriented in their values toward mutual help in every respect, including relations concerning all things evolutionary. It is a collaboration in all aspects of life, which even extends into other universes, such as the DAL universe.
The Pleiadians/Plejarens are united in a federation that extends far into the cosmos. This federation includes various solar systems and planets in the vast expanse of space, and the total number of life forms of human norms inhabiting them amounts to around 127 billion. There are countless other intelligent life forms of non-human norms, as well as of human forms that are unknown to them or with which they simply have no contact.
The duties, laws, and rights are uniform throughout the entire Federation. This is one of the fundamental conditions for joining our Federation. The Federation is very far-reaching and extends to a width of 6.2 billion light-years, where, in connection with their federation, there is another federation affiliated with them that follows their model. In between, between the two federations, which have a catchment area of many millions of light years, there are scattered systems that also belong to their federation.
There are other human civilizations that have the same or similar directives as them, but there are also many that know no restraint in this regard and recklessly interfere in other cultures and wage wars, etc. In this respect, there are quite aggressive spacefaring peoples. Yet, it is also an unavoidable consequence of space travel to maintain a political and diplomatic relations with such civilisations as well.
To carry out the various tasks they dispose of a wide range of spacecrafts. Their large space craft incorporates all the technology know to them. Overall, it is a perfect world in itself, a world that can fly. It contains a complete and inhabited city which can have around 141,000 inhabitants at times. Everything needed for life can be produced within the ship itself, and it is completely independent of anything of any kind or form from outside its hull. It is useful as a self-sustaining expedition and intergalactic patrol ships.
Capable of moving through all times and spaces, for them even a leap through a universal barrier is not an obstacle, allowing an all-universal community of countless life forms to be established. With this ship, and also with all others of this type, they are able to move from one universe to another. However, this only applies to parallel universes.
All alliances, whether universal, inter-universal, galactic, or intergalactic, are directed toward peace, toward progress in all material aspects of life and toward evolution. However, conflict is not excluded in everything, as various combative or inhumane life forms repeatedly appear, which exercise violence according to their nature. Of course, they must be countered.
These are the same gigantic emigration ships that were already used in the earliest times by our common ancestors when they arrived on Earth from the Lyra-Vega region and later also settled on the Pleiadian star systems.Their external shape and size have been maintained since then, but they were constantly subjected to technical innovations, so today they are equipped according to the latest state of technology.
On a question in the year 2000 of how many types of beam ships they rotate through on Earth Billy was told that they operate in Earth's space with 76 different types of space crafts But a certain number of the space crafts they use on Earth were developed and constructed by other peoples of their federation and therefore not of Pleiadian origin. For illustrations of the beamships of Pleiadian origin known to Billy as of 1997 see here They not always fly in the same spacecraft type as at times they alternate between the different types.
In a dialogue between Billy and and extraterrestrial named Talida he asks her how come that when she, (Talida), comes from the Vega and Lyra systems that she sees herself as a Pleiadian. To which she replied that the Pleiadians are their mutual friends and originally came from their systems, if one take as a reference point the period when their ancestors left their systems.
Unlike what Earth humans do, direct contact between the emigrants and those who remained behind on their home worlds has been maintained and preserved to this day, even though much has changed in the way of life and overall development at both ends, various forms of technology have developed, and differences have also emerged to a greater or lesser extent in overall evolution.
However, the connection that has been preserved was, is, and remains such that they see themselves as a single ethnic group, even though their home worlds are separated by many light-years. Their planet lies in another dimensions, or rather in an another space-time structures, as does the planets where the Pleiadians/Plejarens live. But their space-time structure, different to ours, is still materially identical in structure and existence to our space-time structure.
On 8 April 1983, the Druans also showed up with their spaceship above the Semjase Silver Star Center, where Thomas Keller wrote a sighting report printed in Block 5, p. 88. Talida told Billy that the ship they had seen was disc-shaped, with a diameter of 350 metres. Although the object they had seen was indeed a spaceship, it was shielded from view and was hovering directly above the centre, studying the location and the people there. At the same time, the spaceship produced mirror images of itself, which it projected to another location in the sky. This meant that people on the ground could only see the reflection, not the spaceship itself.
So this spacecraft came from the planet Druan, whose human life forms they therefore called Druaners. It is a very highly developed and extremely peaceful human race, capable of bringing some innovations to their own technology The planet Druan itself is located in the NOL system, which belongs to a galaxy whose size is about 1.7 times larger than ours, and this galaxy is approximately 3.10 million light-years away from the SOL system.
Throughout the universe, space travel is conducted by countless different life forms, though not all humanoid races are very human. On the whole, however, like-minded or similar beings always come together and form alliances with one another.

This occasionally leads to combat actions and the destruction of life forms and materials, etc. As this alliance exist between different life forms, there are therefore security services that oversee the entire inhabited space, that stretches across many systems of galaxies These security services are carried out using large-space crafts like this one which are essentially large-space stations equipped with all conceivable technological means to repel any enemies that may appear or, if necessary, destroy all their material so that they remain bound to their planets. Two examples are mentioned when action is taken here and here.
The federation also possess large emigration ships with an average diameter of 120 kilometers and a capacity for human life forms numbering around one million. These gigantic ships are used exclusively for emigration purposes, especially when a world is very endangered heading for destruction.

Also new admissions to the federation takes place. An example is mentioned where the Plejaren established contact with a race they called the Druans. Over the course of two years, negotiations took place regarding the admission of the Druans into the Plejaren Federation, which was finalized with the integration of the Druans in February 1985.

This is how a member of the Pleiadian federation looks like.
Her name is Alena and she comes from a planet called SATER in their language. A planet that is about 33 pct smaller than Earth. It circles around their sun at a distance of 157,3 million kilometers and is located in the Lyra star constellation, but in another space-time configuration so it cannot be seen from Earth.
Alena is 148 centimeters tall.
Orbital wise her planet is only slightly further out than our Earth which is circling at a distance of 150 million kilometres around our sun. Billy was only allowed to publish a photo of her so long as he redacted enough of her face to make her unrecognisable. The gun she holds in her right hand is a ray gun. So a laser weapon that also can be used as a tool. It was test fired the same day by shooting a hole through the trunk of a tree. See the photo below. THE LASER PISTOL PHOTOS
When I first saw these laser pistol photos I had serious misgivings about them and the whole story of this so-called "ancient weapon". But then Eduard Meier took me to the place in the Frecht Nature Pre-serve, near Hinwil, where he had tested the first one. He showed me a seared line of vegetation that went in a true straight line until it struck an embankment and stopped.
He showed me another, and then a limb high above our heads on a tall tree over 60 feet tall, that was severed cleanly at a place about 45 feet above the ground and 20 feet out from the trunk, where the branch was about one inch in diameter. The severed part of the branch was still lying on the ground where it had fallen, and I picked it up and examined it.
It was severed cleanly without any fraying, but the most noticeable thing about it was the thin layer of seared wood at the break. The charring was no more than 1 inch to 1: 4th inch deep into the wood, all the way through the branch, and the searing of the bark was likewise very narrow at the break, and so sudden and quick that the sap in the bark did not bubble out and run.
Certainly no blow-torch could have done this, and how would a one-armed man get himself or any equipment up to such a fragile and high up position in the big tree? The trees grew so close together here and in such a way that no vehicle could get through without removing some trees first, and that would certainly have been evident.
The weapon was neither made of metal, nor plastic, nor ceramic, nor any other substance recognizeable in our technology, but most nearly like the composition of a solid nylon block, or bearing. It was smooth to the touch and felt a little slick. It seemed to be made in one piece and was composed of two colors of the same material, a grayish-tan and a rosey-pink or pinkish-red end of the barrel and a chamber on the top.
When Ray Stanford, of Project Starlight, saw these pictures in my home in Tucson in 1979, he insisted the gun was a plastic toy weapon and that it could be proved that the color of the muzzle of the weapon was the same color as the freshly painted red fence in Meier's yard, also seen in the pictures. This, however, was seen not to be true in the same photos for the fence was painted with a glossy blood red enamel, whereas the muzzle of the weapon was a flat rosey-red in color.
But Ray did not know that we had been there and seen the color and finish of the painted fence ourselves. Nor did he know that we had already been to every toy supplier in Switzerland and failed to find any toy weapon anything like the laser pistol Meier photographed. A search of sporting goods stores was equally fruitless. To this day we have never found a match for that laser pistol.
But just as intriguing was our search for a gold mylar jacket that might look like the one Alena is wearing in the picture with her arm holding the gun. We looked in all the clothing stores, all the sporting goods stores, and checked even the uniform supply stores for such a jacket, or even such gold material as might be necessary to make such a jacket, like the arm of the one worn by Alena as she holds the pistol for Meier's photographs. We never found anything like it.
Then there is the problem of the hole in the tree. That tree was a good 10" to 12" inches in diameter, and the wood was green and full of sap. How would a man with one arm bore such a hole? An auger bit would have been impossible because it would surely bind in a hole that long in a living tree. How would Meier hold it? How would he turn it? Where would he get an auger bit 12" long by 1" in diameter, a nonstandard size that would have to be special ordered and made up by a tool maker? This would leave tracks that could be later traced. And the hole in the tree had to be made in 20 minutes or less and all equipment removed and hidden, never to be discovered again in that short time available.
Jacobus came on the scene with Meier crouched at the tree examining the still smoking hole that had been burned cleanly through the center of the big
tree trunk. The charring was superficial but clear through the tree and out the other side. Then the hole in the tree, which a man could insert his thumb into, was not completely round inside, but somewhat oval in some places, like the hole made by pouring not water into a snowbank. And the charring though light and penetrating into the wood no more than 1/4". of an inch or less, was uniform throughout, includ ing the front entrance and the rear exit from the trunk.
And the dark soil behind the tree, in line-of-sight through the hole, was still smoking and fused. I am not taking anybody else's word for this because I was there a short time later and personally examined all for myself. For Ray Stanford to say this was a toy pistol off-the-cuff and without investigation was irresponsible but typical of Ray. He even mentioned this "toy pistol" in writing later as proof that the Meier case was invalid.
Many others have taken the same position on this case with equally invalid and unconsidered statements. To our knowledge, none of them have ever undertaken any on scene investigation to support their armchair statements. We think investigators should make very responsible statements and back them up with some kind of evidence, which simply does not seem to happen in this case in Switzerland. One well known UFO researcher who claimed he went there to see for himself, actually went to Zurich for 3 days on other business, and then took a half a day out and went down to Wetzikon to talk to Hans Jacob, a man suspected of informing the police on Meier's contact rendezvous, who was then asked to leave the group.
Hans was in the group when Meier took the tree-circling photos at Fuchsbuel-Hofhalden, and he took the UFO researcher to that site near Wetzikon, or tried to, but could not find the place again; or so he told me when I visited him a couple days later. It is in the "investigations" by this man, and others like him, that MUFON relies for their information on the Meier case.

It was an eventful afternoon contact, as Menara practically came solely for the purpose of fulfilling the promise she had made to Billy months ago, namely that he could take some film and photos with one of her ray guns. That Billy also got to shoot through the trunk of an apple tree not far from the house with the ray gun happened just as a side effect.
From a distance of about 20 meters, he fired the laser-operated weapon and, in a tiny fraction of a second, pierced the tree trunk, which measures exactly 24.2 cm in thickness from the entry hole to the exit hole. From the shooting location today, one can see through the beam shot hole straight through the tree, which would have been extremely difficult to pierce with any earthly tool or weapon, as the apple tree is so twisted that it is questionable whether it could have been pierced so precisely and cleanly with a tool.
This apple tree, standing on its own land, will of course be preserved from being cut down. From now on, it will serve as a reminder of Menara's visit on July 6, 1977. It should remain in its location for as long as possible and be seen as a symbol of peace and the true existence of our extraterrestrial friends. A sign that can also be observed by all those who visit the Semjase Silver Star Center with sincere interest.

Es war dies ein ereignisreicher Kontaktnachmittag, kam doch Menara praktisch nur ausschliesslich darum, um ihr schon vor Monaten gegebenes Versprechen gegenüber Billy einzulösen, nämlich dass er mit einer ihrer Strahlpistolen einige Film- und Photoaufnahmen machen dürfe. Dass dabei Billy noch einen unweit vom Wohnhaus entfernten Apfelbaum mit der Strahlpistole mitten im Stamm durchschiessen durfte, hat sich nur so nebenbei ergeben.
Aus etwa 20 Metern Distanz feuerte er die mit Laser arbeitende Waffe ab und durchbohrte in einem winzigen Sekundenbruchteil den Baumstamm, der von der Einschussöffnung bis zur Ausschussöffnung genau 24,2 cm Dicke aufweist. So sieht man heute vom Schussstandort aus durch das Strahlschussloch mitten durch den Baum hindurch, den zu durchbohren mit einem irdischen Werkzeug oder einer Waffe von allerhand Mühseligkeit gewesen ware, denn der Apfelbaum ist derart verdreht, dass es fraglich ist, ob er mit einem Werkzeug so prazise und sauber durchbohrt hätte werden können.
Dieser Apfelbaum, auf eigenem Grund und Boden stehend, wird selbstverständlich vor dem Fällen bewahrt. Künftighin gilt er als Andenken an Menaras Besuch vom 6. Juli 1977, An seinem Standort bewahrt bleiben soll er so lange wie möglich und als Zeichen der Friedfertigkeit und der wahrlichen Existenz unserer ausser-irdischen Freunde gelten. Ein Zeichen, das auch von allen jenen betrachtet werden kann, die das Semjase-Silver-Star-Center in ehrlichem Interesse besuchen.

Without flinching or giving himself away, he "got rid" of all the center’s residents by sending them on various shopping errands to Wetzikon and Wila, which allowed the contact at the center to actually take place.

Mittwoch, 6. Juli 1977. Um 15.19 Uhr fand der Kontakt statt, direkt vor dem Semjase-Silver-Star-Center. Ausser Billy, der im Büro an der August/September-Ausgabe der ‹ Stimme der Wassermannzeit› arbeitete, war kein Mensch anwesend. Am Morgen schon hatte er von Menara telepathisch Bescheid erhalten, dass sie an diesem Nachmittag zu einem weiteren Kontakt erscheinen würde, und zwar im Zentrum, wenn er es einrichten könne, dass er allein anwesend sei. Das wiederum war für Billy kein Problem, es zu arrangieren. Ohne eine Miene zu verziehen und sich zu verraten, ‹ entledigte› er sich aller Centerbewohner dadurch, dass er sie mit irgendwelchen Einkaufsaufträgen nach Wetzikon und Wila sandte, wodurch dann der Kontakt im Center auch tatsächlich zustande kam.
Es war dies ein ereignisreicher Kontaktnachmittag, kam doch Menara praktisch nur ausschliesslich darum, um ihr schon vor Monaten gegebenes Versprechen gegenüber Billy einzulösen, nämlich dass er mit einer ihrer Strahlpistolen einige Film- und Photoaufnahmen machen dürfe. Dass dabei Billy noch einen unweit vom Wohnhaus entfernten Apfelbaum mit der Strahlpistole mitten im Stamm durchschiessen durfte, hat sich nur so nebenbei ergeben.
Aus etwa 20 Metern Distanz feuerte er die mit Laser arbeitende Waffe ab und durchbohrte in einem winzigen Sekundenbruchteil den Baumstamm, der von der Einschussöffnung bis zur Ausschussöffnung genau 24,2 cm Dicke aufweist. So sieht man heute vom Schussstandort aus durch das Strahlschussloch mitten durch den Baum hindurch, den zu durchbohren mit einem irdischen Werkzeug oder einer Waffe von allerhand Mühseligkeit gewesen ware, denn der Apfelbaum ist derart verdreht, dass es fraglich ist, ob er mit einem Werkzeug so prazise und sauber durchbohrt hätte werden können.
Dieser Apfelbaum, auf eigenem Grund und Boden stehend, wird selbstverständlich vor dem Fällen bewahrt. Künftighin gilt er als Andenken an Menaras Besuch vom 6. Juli 1977, An seinem Standort bewahrt bleiben soll er so lange wie möglich und als Zeichen der Friedfertigkeit und der wahrlichen Existenz unserer ausser-irdischen Freunde gelten. Ein Zeichen, das auch von allen jenen betrachtet werden kann, die das Semjase-Silver-Star-Center in ehrlichem Interesse besuchen.
