Staffing Earth stations

At their location in the European area, Quetzal was  referred to as being the station manager and under him worked Semjase and others. 

Semjase(details of Semjase) was not allowed to have contact with other working groups working out from their location in the American region or Asian region. So all up they had 3 stations at the time located in 3 different regions, America, Europe and Asia.

774. Of these 16 people, not a single one has any contact whatsoever with people on Earth or with people who live on Earth and who came to Earth from other planets in the earliest times.

775. Apart from these, there is only myself with my entourage of 122,406 other people, who, however, with the exception of myself, would have no contact whatsoever with people on Earth, either in the short term or in the longer term

777. Until 1986, there were a total of 718 people from our home worlds and from our federation in three different stations on Earth, but not a single one of them had any contact with any humans on Earth – except for you.

Dazu dann die nächste Frage: Ist dir bekannt, ob irgendwelche Leute von euch ständig, periodisch oder sporadisch aus eurem Raum-Zeit-Gefüge in unser Raum-Zeit-Gefüge herüberwechseln, um irgendwelche Arbeiten zu verrichten oder um mit Menschen von der Erde Kontakt zu pflegen, wobei ich nicht dich und alle jene meine, die mit mir oder im Bezuge auf die Mission zu tun haben, deren Zahl zu wissen jedoch äusserst interessant wäre.

773. In diesem oder eben in eurem Raum-Zeit-Gefüge befinden sich zur Zeit in festem Turnus jeweils 16 Personen, die sich als als Missionsbezogene und Missionsbeauftragte auf der Erde befinden und die in festem Turnus ausgewechselt werden. 

774.Von diesen jeweils 16 Menschen pflegt nicht ein einziger irgendwelche Kontakte irgendwelcher Art zu Menschen der Erde oder zu Menschen, die auf der Erde leben und die zu frühesten Zeiten von anderen Planeten zur Erde kamen. 

775. Nebst diesen bin nur noch ich mit meinem Gefolge von 122 406 weiteren Menschen, die jedoch ausser mir ausnahmslos keinerlei Kontakte irgendwelcher Art zu Menschen der Erde pflegen würden, weder in kurzzeitiger noch in längerfristiger Form

 777. Bis zum Jahre 1986 waren auf der Erde in drei verschiedenen Stationen gesamthaft 718. Personen unserer Heimatwelten und aus unserer Föderation, doch auch unter ihnen pflegte nicht ein einziges Mitglied irgendwelche Kontakte zu irgendwelchen Menschen auf der Erde - ausser zu dir. 

778. Anderweitig kommen keinerlei Menschen aus unserem Raum-Zeit-Gefüge in euren Raum und in eure Zeit, folglich auch niemals irgendwelche Kontakte irgendwelcher Art durch solche Personen gepflegt werden könnten.
