From where, why are they the ones, and why are they coming?

In 1995 the FIGU member, international lecturer and author Guido Moosbrugger sat down with Billy Meier in Semjase Silver Star Center and asked him a series of questions which Billy Meier answered. This became ' An Interview With A UFO Contactee’ a 68 page A5 booklet. It’s in a format where each question and answer has English translation as well as the German original. I have done my own translation above the German original .
So I think for example question 3 is relevant as it answers:

3. Where do the extraterrestrial intelligences with whom you maintain contact come from and why are they in particular the ones visiting us on Earth?
The extraterrestrials with whom I maintain contact originate from the constellation of the Pleiades/Plejaren. However, this constellation is not identical to the Pleiades that we see in our space-time structure from Earth at a distance of about 420 light-years, because these are only about 62 million years old and, as blue, hot suns, are absolutely incapable of supporting life in any form, neither in purely spiritual nor in material form.
The Pleiades/Plejaren from where these extraterrestrials come, exist in a different space-time structure, one that is shifted by a fraction of a second from ours, and which can be penetrated via an artificially created dimensional gate in the Pleiades visible to us, from where it is then another 80 light-years to the constellation of the Plejaren, as the extraterrestrials call their home system, which means nothing other than Pleiades, as we call it in our language.
A little more than fifty thousand years ago, when the extraterrestrials discovered the Pleiadian stars and their planets and also settled there, they named them Plejaren in their language after the Pleiades, because they were located practically just beyond those Pleiades that we know here on Earth.
The Pleiadians/Plejaren visit us on Earth because they have a certain connection to a specific group of Earth humans who originally came to Earth from the Lyra-Vega systems, whereby these Lyra-Vega systems are also shifted in time and space as we know it. These original Lyran-Vegans caused some mischief on Earth among the Earth humans in the earliest times, as a result of which the teachings of the Spirit and thus also the creation-appropriate way of life for human beings was lost, However, other factors also played a role that had nothing to do with the Lyran-Vegans, but rather with other extraterrestrials who performed genetic manipulation on humans, who then came to Earth and mixed with others here, ultimately affecting the entire human race on Earth through inheritance and re-inheritance.
In order to rectify the damage and misguidance that has been caused, the Pleiadians/Plejaren feel obliged to deliver the necessary teachings and information to the people of Earth, so as to rectify the damage caused by their direct ancestors as well as the damage caused by other intelligences.

Dieses Sternbild ist jedoch nicht identisch mit den Plejaden, die wir in unserem Raum-Zeit-Gefüge von der Erde aus in etwa 420 Lichtjahren Entfernung sehen, denn diese sind erst rund 62 Millionen Jahre alt und als blaue, heisse Sonnen absolut unfähig, in irgend einer Form Leben zu tragen, so also weder in rein geistiger noch in materieller Form.
Die Plejaden/Plejaren der Ausserirdischen existieren in einem anderen Raum-Zeit-Gefüge, und zwar in einem, das um einen Bruchteil einer Sekunde zu unserem verschoben ist, und das via ein künstlich erzeugtes Dimensionentor bei den uns sichtbaren Plejaden durchbrochen werden kann, von wo aus es dann nochmals rund 80 Lichtjahre Distanz sind, bis zu dem Sternbild der Plejaren, wie die Ausserirdischen ihr Heimatsystem nennen, was aber nichts anderes bedeutet als Plejaden, wie wir diese in unserer Sprache bezeichnen.
Vor wenig mehr als fünfzigtausend Jahren, als die Ausserirdischen die Plejaren-Gestirne und deren Planeten fanden und diese auch besiedelten, benannten sie diese in ihrer Sprache nach den Plejaden eben Plejaren, und zwar aus dem Grunde, weil diese eben praktisch nur gerade jenseits jener Plejaden zu finden waren, die wir hier auf der Erde kennen.
Die Plejadier/Plejaren besuchen uns auf der Erde, weil sie eine gewisse Verbindung zu einer bestimmten Gruppe Erdenmenschen aufweisen, die ursprünglich von den Lyra-Wega-Systemen zur Erde kamen, wobei diese Lyra-Wega-Systeme ebenfalls zu den uns bekannten zeit- und raumverschoben sind. Diese Ur-Lyraner-Weganer richteten auf der Erde unter den Erdenmenschen in frühesten Zeiten einiges Unheil an, wodurch die Lehre des Geistes und somit auch die schöpfungskonforme Lebensweise des Menschen verloren ging, wobei jedoch auch noch andere Faktoren mitspielten, die nichts mit den Lyranern-Weganern zu tun hatten, sondern mit anderen Ausserirdischen, die Genmanipulationen an Menschen durchführten, die dann zur Erde kamen und sich hier mit anderen vermischten, wodurch schlussendlich die gesamte Menschheit auf der Erde davon betroffen wurde durch Vererbung und Wiedervererbung.
