Billy Meier's special abilities needed to maintain contact with the Pleiadian/Plejaren

In 1995 the FIGU member, international lecturer and author Guido Moosbrugger sat down with Billy Meier in Semjase Silver Star Center and asked him a series of questions which Billy answered.

7. Why does ‘Billy’ Eduard Albert Meier of all people have contact with the Pleiadians/Plejaren, and no one else?
The reason for this can be found in a past that goes back thousands of years, when my spirit form existed in humans who had committed themselves to a specific mission of their own free will. This mission became a long-lasting task for the overall consciousness, which has the capability to reincarnate, together with the spirit form, spanning many reincarnations and millennia, right up to the present day.
In the process, the overall consciousness, which originates from higher levels, adapted to the lower forms of consciousness existing on Earth, while retaining the ability to remain aligned with the higher forms of consciousness. And so when I am able to maintain contact with the Pleiadians/Plejaren today and in modern times, it is solely because my overall consciousness is compatible with that of these highly developed extraterrestrials in terms of consciousness and spirit, which is something only I am capable of on Earth, without any other humans on Earth possessing this ability, making it absolutely impossible for other Earth inhabitants to maintain any contact with the Pleiadians/Plejaren.
Over all those millennia, respectively tens of thousands of years and millions of years, my spirit form naturally remained the same, while the overall consciousness capable of reincarnation changed, as is given and normal through the unstoppable evolution, whereby with each reincarnation a new consciousness and thus a new personality was born, which could no longer have any similarities with an earlier personality and never will.
However, this means that it is erroneous to assume that a person with a certain personality can be one and the same person in two different lives. Only the spirit form remains the same, while the personality of the consciousness evolves and changes, which does not mean, however, that memories of personalities from previous lives cannot possibly appear.

7. Warum hat ausgerechnet 'Billy' Eduard Albert Meier Kontakte mit den Plejadiern/Plejaren, und sonst niemand?
Der Grund dafür ist in einer jahrtausendealten Vergangenheit zu finden, als meine Geistform in Menschen existierte, die sich für eine bestimmte Mission verpflichtet hatten, und zwar aus eigenem Entschluss. Diese Mission wurde für das Gesamtbewusstsein, das ja reinkamationsfähig ist, zusammen mit der Geistform zur langandauernden Aufgabe über viele Reinkarnationen und Jahrtausende hinweg, und zwar bis in die heutige Zeit.
Dabei passte sich das Gesamtbewusstsein, das aus höheren Ebenen entstammt, den auf der Erde existierenden niedrigeren Bewusstseinsformen an, wobei es jedoch die Fähigkeit behielt, auch den höheren Bewusstseinsformen angeglichen zu bleiben. Und wenn ich also heute und in der Neuzeit mit den Plejadiern/Plejaren Kontakte pflegen kann, dann eben nur darum, weil meine Gesamtbewusstseinsform denjenigen dieser bewusstseins- und geistesmässig hochentwickelten Ausserirdischen angleichbar ist, was allein mir möglich ist auf der Erde, ohne dass irgendwelche andere Menschen auf der Erde diese Fähigkeit besitzen würden, wodurch es für andere Erdenbewohner auch absolut unmöglich ist, irgendwelche Kontakte mit den Plejadiern/Plejaren zu pflegen.
Uber alle die Jahrtausende resp. Jahrzigtausende und Jahrmillionen blieb meine Geistform natürlich immer dieselbe, während sich das reinkarnationsfähige Gesamtbewusstsein jedoch veränderte, wie das durch die unaufhaltsame Evolution eben gegeben und normal ist, wodurch bei jeder Reinkarnation also ein neues Bewusstsein und somit also eine neue Persönlichkeit geboren wurde, die mit einer vorherigen Persönlichkeit keine Gemeinsamkeiten mehr aufweisen konnte und dies auch nie tun wird.
Das aber bedeutet, dass es irrig ist, anzunehmen, dass ein Mensch mit einer bestimmten Persönlichkeit in zwei verschiedenen Leben ein und dieselbe Person sein kann. Einzig und allein die Geistform bleibt dieselbe, während sich die Persönlichkeit des Bewusstseins jedoch evolutionierend wandelt, was aber nicht bedeutet, dass eventuell nicht Rückerinnerungen an die Persönlichkeiten früherer Leben in Erscheinung treten können.
