Hyperspace transmission
According to the explanations of the extraterrestrials, there is only one way in the entire universe to quickly and safely overcome the barrier of space and time, namely by using a hyperspace that is superior to normal space. Between these two spaces, a dimensional gate (or, for another universe, a universe gate) is created through highly technical processes, requiring enormous electromagnetic energies, equivalent to the energy capacity of several terrestrial nuclear power plants; energies, however, that can already be generated by small spacecraft with a diameter of only 7 meters.
All the necessary technology for creating a dimensional gate (or universe gate) is simply called transmitter technology, which works with direct or teletransmitter machines as well as with time transmitters. Through such dimensional gates (or universe gates), the spacecraft is then transmitted. A transmission is based on a hyperspeed transport of spacecraft, people, objects, etc., which usually occurs through dematerialization and rematerialization using technical and other aids and harnessing artificial or natural energy.
For space travel, only a controlled transmission is possible, one that is consciously initiated, started, and carried out by humans. Many transmissions occur in or through a hyperspace, but only a few take place in normal space. There are several hyperspaces, however, they can all be used for transmissions.
From a technical standpoint, it is not easy to enter hyperspace, because you have to break into it with a tremendous run-up at many times the speed of light through a so-called hyperspace jump, which also marks the crossing of hyperspace. At the multiplied speed of light, space and time shrink to such an extent that the transmission occurs in zero time, causing a spaceship to rematerialize and reappear at its destination in the same fraction of a second that it dematerialized and disappeared at its point of departure.
This means for the crew of the spaceship that for them just as much time passes during the transmission as on their home planet or in normal space, which is completely contrary to the unreal claims of the uninformed that at the speed of light or faster-than-light speed of a spacecraft, time would practically stand still for it, while centuries, millennia, or even tens of thousands of years would pass on the home planet or in normal space.
If this claim were true Billy writes, then he would probably be the only human left on Earth, because with all the hyperspace travels carried out with my Pleiadian-Plejaran friends, many billions of years must have already passed on Earth, and the SOL system probably should not exist at all.
So this hyperspace flight method does not lead to any dilation. Billy refers to an illustrative depiction of how travel time is shortened through an increase in speed which is shown in a sketch by Guido Moosbrugger, the author of the book '...and yet they fly,' Billy writes that he presents the story about him and his contacts with the Pleiadians/Plejars clearly and neutrally. He adds that the sketch he has in mind is assuming that the time dilation effect has been nullified by a protective shield. Below is a copy of this sketch which I found in another of Guido’s books called “Flugreisen durch Zeit und Raum Reale Zeitreisen” (2001)
So at 10 times the speed of light, the flight time is already reduced to 50 years, and when a dematerialized spacecraft races through hyperspace at a trillion times the speed of light, the journey for the mentioned distance takes only a measly 16 thousandths of a second!

An illustrative drawing made by Guido Moosbrugger from his book “Flugreisen durch Zeit und Raum Reale Zeitreisen” (2001) page 301 This is the sketch Billy Meier refers to which shows the travel time the space ship needs using the normal propulsion drive, 3,5 hours, to clear the security distance from the departing planet.It then reached the transmission point which is where the hyperdrive kicks inn and the spaceship dematerializes and light years is bridged in zero time. After the hyperspace trip is over, the spaceship remateralizes again and travel for another 3,5 hours, using the normal propulsion drive to reach the destination planet. So this makes the travel time from a planet A (Earth) to a planet B (Erra) 7 hours in total.
