According to the information from Billy, the extraterrestrial can create a telepathy impulse in two ways:
The person mentioned also wrote a detailed statement of what happened when he received the impulse and I have here redacted his real name and replaced it with the letters P.P. or just P….
Looking at what is written here, this impulse is fail-safe. Once the impulse is sent it appears to simply override what else the persons plans to do and instead the person will focus on doing what the impulse tell him to do. He will not know the impulse is coming from outside but will feel it as if it is from himself, from within, and it manifest itself as an urge to do the task the impulse tell him to do.
Looking at the statement, the impulse appears to start off weak, then increase in force until it completely overrides the person's original plan - to walk out of the lobby door. Looking at Billy's reply at the end of his conversation with Ptaah, it's clear that he's also very confident that Ptaah will make this work. This can only be because he has seen this happen before and it was successful.

Auch dachte ich, sollte ich mich aber trotzdem einmal in der Schweiz und bei der FIGU melden, um zu erklären, dass bei mir alles in Ordnung sei und um zu fragen, ob etwas für mich anfalle. Doch der Gedanke und die Tage gingen wieder dahin, ohne dass ich mich meldete.
Irgendwie ist es schon ein spezielles Gefühl, in der heutigen zeit unerreichbar zu sein, da man doch immer und überall per Mobiltelephon erreichbar ist. Nun, so unerreichbar wie ich dachte, war ich wohl doch nicht. Als ich am Montag, den 20. August 2001, auf der Insel Pantelleria mein Hotel verlassen wollte, um noch etwas auszugehen, es war bereits am späteren Nachmittag, etwa um 17.00 Uhr herum, kam ich an der Lobby vorbei. Hineinschauend, kam mir der Gedanke, dass ich jetzt schön Zeit und Gelegenheit hätte, einen telephonischen Anruf in die Schweiz zu machen.
Doch gleich darauf verwarf ich den Gedanken wieder und machte einige Schritte dem Ausgang zu, als ganz plötzlich ein starkes Drängen mich innehalten liess, doch gerade jetzt in der Schweiz bei der FIGU anzurufen. Stillstehend wurde der Drang immer stärker, dem ich letztlich einfach nicht mehr widerstehen konnte. Also ging ich in die Lobby zurück, nahm das Telephon und rief im FIGU-Center an, wo Billy sofort das Telephon abnahm, sich meldete und sagte, dass er sehr froh sei, dass ich anrufe, weil er mir eine wichtige Mitteilung zu machen habe bezüglich der Anfertigung des Photobuches, da dieses am 27. August in Druck gehen solle, wozu ich für die Farbabstimmung der Photos dringendst gesucht würde, weshalb ich mich telephonisch mit Elisabeth Moosbrugger in Verbindung setzen solle.
Sie habe ihn, Billy, dazu beauftragt, mir das dringend mitzuteilen, was er aber nicht konnte, da er ja nicht wusste, wie und wo er mich erreichen konnte. So wandte er sich an Ptaah, der sich für den 20. August bei ihm angemeldet hatte, wie mir Billy dann erzählte, damit dieser mir Telepathieimpulse zukommen lassen solle, damit ich mich schnellstens im FIGU-Center melde, da die Sache sehr wichtig und dringend sei, was sie ja auch tatsächlich war. Endlich war es soweit. Ich sass im Flugzeug mit Destination Süden, um ein paar Tage bei Sonnenschein und Musse am Meer zu verbringen. Ich freute mich, vom Alltagsleben wegzukommen, niemand um mich herum zu haben, der etwas von mir wollte.
Daheim und bei der FIGU war es mir nicht möglich, wie sonst üblich, eine Adresse oder eine Telephonnummer zu hinterlassen, wo man mich im Notfall hätte erreichen können. Ausserdem wusste ich ja auch noch nicht, wohin es mich letztendlich hintreiben würde. Vorgesehen war einfach einmal Pantelleria, eine kleine Insel unterhalb Siziliens.
Ausserdem beruhigte ich mein Gewissen mit dem Gedanken, dass ein Notfall wohl kaum eintreten werde, da ja momentan weder in meiner Familie noch bei der FIGU etwas Wichtiges anlag. Und schliesslich war in all den Jahren, wenn ich in den Ferien weilte, glücklicherweise auch noch nie ein Notfall vorgekommen. Auch dachte ich, sollte ich mich aber trotzdem einmal in der Schweiz und bei der FIGU melden, um zu erklären, dass bei mir alles in Ordnung sei und um zu fragen, ob etwas für mich anfalle. Doch der Gedanke und die Tage gingen wieder dahin, ohne dass ich mich meldete.
Irgendwie ist es schon ein spezielles Gefühl, in der heutigen zeit unerreichbar zu sein, da man doch immer und überall per Mobiltelephon erreichbar ist. Sicher möchte ich den wert eines Handys nicht absprechen, da ich selbst schon oft froh gewesen bin, einen solchen Kleinapparat zu besitzen. Darum vermittelt es fast schon ein Gefühl der Wildheit, heutzutage irgendwo Ferien zu verbringen, ohne dass man ein Mobiltelephon bei sich hat.
Nun, so unerreichbar wie ich dachte, war ich wohl doch nicht. Als ich am Montag, den 20. August 2001, auf der Insel Pantelleria mein Hotel verlassen wollte, um noch etwas auszugehen, es war bereits am späteren Nachmittag, etwa um 17.00 Uhr herum, kam ich an der Lobby vorbei. Hineinschauend, kam mir der Gedanke, dass ich jetzt schön Zeit und Gelegenheit hätte, einen telephonischen Anruf in die Schweiz zu machen.
Doch gleich darauf verwarf ich den Gedanken wieder und machte einige Schritte dem Ausgang zu, als ganz plötzlich ein starkes Drängen mich innehalten liess, doch gerade jetzt in der Schweiz bei der FIGU anzurufen. Stillstehend wurde der Drang immer stärker, dem ich letztlich einfach nicht mehr widerstehen konnte. Also ging ich in die Lobby zurück, nahm das Telephon und rief im FIGU-Center an, wo Billy sofort das Telephon abnahm, sich meldete und sagte, dass er sehr froh sei, dass ich anrufe, weil er mir eine wichtige Mitteilung zu machen habe bezüglich der Anfertigung des Photobuches, da dieses am 27. August in Druck gehen solle, wozu ich für die Farbabstimmung der Photos dringendst gesucht würde, weshalb ich mich telephonisch mit Elisabeth Moosbrugger in Verbindung setzen solle.
Sie habe ihn, Billy, dazu beauftragt, mir das dringend mitzuteilen, was er aber nicht konnte, da er ja nicht wusste, wie und wo er mich erreichen konnte. So wandte er sich an Ptaah, der sich für den 20. August bei ihm angemeldet hatte, wie mir Billy dann erzählte, damit dieser mir Telepathieimpulse zukommen lassen solle, damit ich mich schnellstens im FIGU-Center melde, da die Sache sehr wichtig und dringend sei, was sie ja auch tatsächlich war. Und ganz offenbar klappte die Impulssendung sehr gut und schnell, wenn ich an den Drang denke, der mich befallen hat, um zu telephonieren.
Eine Lehre habe ich aber daraus gezogen, nämlich, dass ich künftighin mich der heutigen Zeit anpasse und stets mein Mobiltelephon dabei habe, damit man mich nicht notfallmässig nochmals über aufwendige Umwege erreichen muss, die gar nicht selbstverständlich sind und ausnahmsweise nur eingeschlagen wurden, weil es um eine Missionsangelegenheit dringender Art ging.
