The letter goes as follows (my translation):: 

17. July 1975,

Dear friends in the group, 

With your writing rather unfamiliar I am trying, in accordance with the wish of your friend to write a few words and to say: 

Trust in our words and teachings, because when it may seem foreign to you, they nevertheless, contain in them the deepest truth, which unfortunately in all your scriptures since time immemorial were falsified and at the present time with big effort must be taught anew. 

However, through the existing false teachings the truth appears new and unfamiliar and with it trigger hard resistance. However the truth must break through and you all should help it to victory. Therefore, shy not away from neither work nor trouble in order to lay the foundation-stones to the victory. Fulfil your mission, trust in us and our common great and wise friend who, out of all of us, has the heaviest mission to fulfil See to him at all times and give him the best possible help, by his own, the burden would be too heavy. 

In the name of us all I pronounce you great thanks, in particular, however, I thank you for your endeavours so far, even if everything is not always obeyed exactly after our regulations. Trouble yourselves, nevertheless, in the future to obey everything according to precise order and darken not yourselves in thoughts thereon, that we, from our side, only can keep in contact with our common friend.

A Description of Semjase 

She is 344 years old, about 1.7 meters (6 ft.) tall and is a slender, young, pretty woman with fair skin, sparkling blue eyes and light-blond hair. Her very long and somewhat foreword-placed earlobes form a special distinguishing feature. This is the only anatomical difference compared to our women here on Terra.  

Due to her exceptional knowledge, which far exceeds the average of her home population, she has assumed the rank of half-Jschrsch, which means a half-queen of wisdom or a half-goddess, as they were called earlier on Earth (and which can be read about, for example, in Greek legends).  

Having occupied herself with various matters on our planet years before taking up contact with Billy on January 28, 1975, she is by far the best-oriented extraterrestrial concerning our situation on Earth. During the period from February of 1965 until June of 1973, she stayed in the Dal Universe with Asket's people. After her return from the Dal Universe to Erra, she came to Earth in July of 1973 and continued to carry out the task she had performed here earlier in a hidden station.  

The first contact with Billy followed on January 28, 1975. Of all the Earth languages, she only commanded German and learned no others. In November of 1984, Semjase finally had to leave the Earth for health reasons. Her field of work was exclusively restricted to the European area. She had no authorisation whatsoever to become involved in any matters of, or establish contact with, any Pleiadian work groups on Earth outside of Europe (neither in America nor Asia)

This letter is dated  17th of July 1975, and it's on the day of contact 31. This is the contact where he met up with Semjase, but not for usual contact dialogue meet-up,  instead she took him onboard her beam ship and they flew together out to the Great space ship (aka mothership). In this Great spaceship they took Meier on a journey into the universe. He also meet important people connected to Semjase,  or working together with her. Certain important matters related to his mission were also discussed.

248. Denn die Schrift wurde erst durch die Himmelssöhne, also durch die eigentlichen Verantwortlichen für die Ur-Entstehung der heutigen irdischen Menschen, zur Erde gebracht.

Das altplejarische Alphabet haben wir ja schon vor langer Zeit erhalten, doch die neuplejarischen Schriftzeichen sind uns unbekannt. Zwar habe ich sie verschiedentlich bei euch in deinem Riesenraumer resp. in deinem Raumschiff und in den Strahlschiffen gesehen, doch verstehe ich sie nicht. Kannst du mir das neuplejarische Alphabet diktieren, das ja völlig andere Schriftzeichen hat als das altplejarische Alphabet.

17. Das ist richtig, vor rund 4000 Jahren - genau sind es jetzt 4012 Jahre her - wurde das alte Alphabet durch ein neues ersetzt, das anders gestaltet ist als das alte.

As this study requires a side by side comparison of the old Pleiadian alphabet with the new one, I am placing both alphabets on top of each other below for easy reference 

Old - On top  the 11,000 years Pleiadian Alphabet they inherited from their forefathers on Earth. 

New - On the bottom  The current-day Pleiadian alphabet.  This is their new alphabet they started using which replaced the old. This happended 4012 years ago counting back from the year 2005.

So to make sense of all this there must have been a similar language evolving processes at play in their home world as in ours here on Earth as quite a few of their letters are similar to ours. I like to focus on just one letter, the letter ø, so to not make this too long. It says here that in their alphabet they write the German letter Ö as an Ø Here on earth the letter Ø is used only in Norway, Denmark and the Faroese 

The evolvement of the letters Ø and Ö in Earths alphabet 

The letters "Ø" and "Ö" are commonly written in several Germanic and Finno-Ugric language areas across Northern and Central Europe. I have grown up in Scandinavia, which in language area terms falls under the North Germanic language. Our language evolved from Old Norse after the Viking Age. The Latin alphabet was adapted around the year 1000 CE but it originally only had the 26 letters A-Z which were insufficient for the expanding vowel sounds So to accommodate the need for additional vowels sounds in writing the letters Æ æ, Ø ø, Å å were added.  

With that said, there are a lot of similarities across the Germanic language speaking countries. For example the English phrase “Now listen!’’ for me could translate to “Høyr no her!” (Nynorsk) or “Hør nå her! “ (Bokmål) the swedes could say “Hör nu her!” and the Germans cold say “Hör mal!, but it’s all depending on in which context, the preferences and what the circumstances are. 

When I say could translate to, I mean it depends on the circumstances as if I speak to a swede I will switch to speaking bokmål because it comes closer to Swedish due to both Swedish and Norwegian Bokmål are historically based on the East Norse language branch. But main point here is that our Ø and the Ö in Swedish and German is pronounced very similar, if not identical, because they evolved from the same three old norse letters ǫ, oe and œ.  So through a simplification process these three letters evolved into the  Ø and the Ö we use today. 

So Semjase told Meier in contact 31 July 17 1975 that the old pleiadian alphabet was inherited from their ancestors on earth about 11000 years ago,  

But I can not see any Ø in their old alphabet above, so they must have used the same O E combination for Ø as the old norse people did back in the old times. In fact even today, when the letter Ø is unavailable on an English keyboard the letter combination OE, is an accepted and widely understood substitute for Norwegians and Danes.  

Logically, their reason for wanting to simplify would be for same reason we did it from the old norse language, instead of writing a combination of two letters just create a new letter that means the same.  

I think the reason that their “newly” created letter became the Scandinavian Ø and not the German Ö is that they first placed their old letter E beneath and then their old letter O on top, since they wrote it as OE. Again, I think they wrote it that way because their old O and E came from Earth which is what Semjase told Billy namely that  the old Pleiadian alphabet was inherited from their ancestors on earth about 11000 years ago, 

The shell or frame from the letter O would take preference since this letter is written first (OE) and since they got the shell from the O they would  delete the bottom line forming a part frame of their old E, because they already got the shell or frame from the O and that line from the old E would not be needed. It means now only two lines from their old E are left since the bottom line in the old E has been taken away, These two lines are looking like an X which can be put inside the letter O. But they would only need one line. Like us, here on Earth, they would want their new letter simplified and as easy as possible to hand write 

So which of the two lines, forming an X, would they choose? Well, if you write from left to right you would pick the line that goes from the left bottom corner up to the right. That is for speed and efficiency for a person writing from left to right. And looking at Semjae’s letter, she is clearly writing from left to right, like we do. That means they, her forefathers on planet Erra would also have been writing from left to right too wherefore they would have picket the diagonal line going from the bottom left corner up to the right. So they would then have detached this line from their old E and placed it inside their old O and in this way their new letter Ø was born. That’s my take on it!

By the support of, and through the contacts with Semjase and other highly evolved humans from her home world, through receiving messages from two higher spiritual planes and by being able to consciously retrieve stored information from his own memory bank from previous lifetimes, in which he also lived his life as a Prophet, Billy Meier fulfilled his mission and made available 40 books, 5033 A4 pages of spiritual teachings (Geisteslehre) and many thousand A4 pages of contact notes, which is the conversation recordings between him and the extraterrestrials, and more.. The publications here listed is as of 2005 and in accordance with the summary made by the extraterrestrial Ptaah who comes from the same home world  as Semjase, where he holds a leadership position. The statement from Ptaah below is missing one crucial number and that is how many letters is contained in each batch of 55 A 4 pages of spiritual teachings. I and those who have been a GL-students would know that number but nobody else would.  That number is 4 and since this number is crucial for the the total page count calculation, ie you simply cannot calculate how many A4 pages Meier issued of spiritual teachings without knowing this number,  I am happy to provide it and give supporting evidence that the number is 4 as per above. So now that you know that the number is 4 you can calculate how many A4 pages of spiritual teachings Billy Meier issued as of 2005. 

Which I already have done and with only one arm, his right arm, Meier typed the incredible amount of 5033 A4 pages divided into 366 teachings letters. A spiritual teachings student (Geisteslehre-student) would receive 4 letters totalling 55 pages average per 4 months, meaning a full study would take 30,5 years to complete. I think many would look at these 5033 A4 pages of Spiritual teachings pages  (Geisteslehre) to be the most valuable documents in the Billy Meier Case. 

The core group member (Kerngruppenmitglied) Hans-Georg Lanzendorfer - HGL- wrote in his book, which he published in 2006, called “Lehre und Künder der Wahrheit” which in English translates to “Teaching and Herald of the Truth” , the following:

Side note: I happened to be working at Semjase Silver Star Center on the 5th of July 2006 when I first read the below as Billy was aware I wanted to purchase all the latest material wherefore he put SEMJASE-KONTAKT-BERICHTE Block 20 on top of my purchase pile as apparently that block of the contact notes S.K.B 20 must have been printed only days before in their internal printing press (Wassermannzeit-Verlag.) as it was not listed for sale at the time. So that’s where I first read the below but I’m also listing reference to the new hardcover version Block 9 of the contact notes printed in Augsburg (Offset Druckerei Pohland). 9. Then I would like to explain the following:

To all reasonable people who read my words! 

Unfortunately, our highly esteemed friend Eduard, or Billy, is repeatedly attacked by nonsensical allegations, lies, and slander in order to defame him and make his difficult mission impossible. This is happening again with increasing frequency, as is periodically revealed by irresponsible elements, and also happened on February 26, 2005, by an alleged Mr. Singer from Germany, to which I would like to respond as follows: ‘Billy’ Eduard Albert Meier is an honorable man who is irreproachable in terms of his integrity and all human values. He is neither a fraud nor a swindler nor a charlatan, nor does he allow himself to lie or slander, just as he does not allow himself to claim books or other writings as his own if they do not correspond to his own thoughts, ideas, and work.  

All the thousands of densely typed and computer-printed A4 pages are his own work and his conscious property, from which around 40 books, 366 spiritual teaching letters of around 55 A4 pages each, as well as many articles in the quarterly magazine Wassermannzeit, in numerous bulletins and special bulletins, along with a series of small and larger brochures and several thousand A4 pages of unpublished spiritual teaching writings that have found their way into our own ranks.  

He accomplished this alongside his demanding manual labor, which he continued to perform until 1984 despite a serious health crisis in 1982, often closer to death than life. However, both before and after this, he was tireless in his writing, leadership of the association, and other important activities for the association. Eduard-Billy is modest and never made a fuss about his achievements, nor is he receptive to praise, because he considers his entire commitment to the people of Earth to be his duty and a matter of course, which is why he refuses any thanks.  

The fact that he is slandered by malicious people for all his kindness and tireless efforts—which he does not even hold against the liars and slanderers—is probably more than a normal person could bear. What I mean to say is that a person who cultivates his thoughts and feelings in the usual manner of earthly humans would undoubtedly break down under what Billy takes upon himself and bears without accusation, hatred, anger, bitterness, or enmity. Many great men have walked the earth, the ancient prophets, Jmmanuel, Buddha, Mohammed, and many wise men and women who became famous or remained unknown.  

But also the modern era have also brought forth such a person again, namely our friend Eduard, known worldwide as Billy and as the herald of the modern era, who is probably the most valuable of all heralds and sages who ever walked the earth and raised their voices in wisdom. But as was the case with the ancient prophets and sages, during their lifetimes they were harassed by unreasonable and know-it-alls, as well as by envious, jealous, and delusional people, in order to prevent them from spreading the truth. Some of them were physically and psychologically tortured and ultimately murdered. Eduard was also often threatened, for 21 assassination attempts on his life testify today that even in modern times the truth is unpopular with the people of Earth, who – as since time immemorial – still walk the path of ruin. 

I, Ptaah, consider the behaviour of the liars and slanderers against the herald of the modern times, Eduard or Billy, to be pathetic, deceitful, debauched behaviour and the epitome of infamous smear tactics, which every person who is endowed with reason and strives to be a true human being and a valuable member of society should refrain from. It is very regrettable that even in the advanced modern age and despite the enormous knowledge acquired by the people of Earth, all kinds of irrational and indecent elements can still engage in their infamous, irresponsible, and dirty behaviour without being held accountable and taught the correct way to behave, which should fundamentally be the responsibility of governments. If the healthy norm of decency were taken into account, then elements that try to sow discord as a result of envy, hatred, jealousy, etc., would no longer find any opportunity to engage in their dirty behaviour. This would also apply to this man Singer, who, in my opinion, was too cowardly to give his real name and address. May his own stupidity and shame serve as a lesson to him.

Ptaah, your words are true, but I don't think that all those fools who believe that they must attack, denigrate, and deny others with lies and slander as a result of their envy, their know-it-all attitude, and their hatred and jealousy will take them to heart, because their stupidity and foolishness do not allow for reason and decency. This will remain so for a long time to come, because there are too many who live in this manner of lying and slandering and insulting others for them to be quickly disabused of their ways.

 9. Dann will ich folgendes erklären: 

An alle Vernünftigen, die meine Worte lesen! 

Bedauerlicherweise wird unser sehr geschätzter Freund Eduard resp. Billy immer wieder durch unsinnige Behauptungen, Lügen und Verleumdungen angegriffen, um ihn zu diffamieren und ihm seine schwere Mission zu verunmöglichen. Das geschieht neuerlich wieder vermehrt, wie das periodisch immer wieder durch verantwortungslose Elemente in Erscheinung tritt und auch am 26. Februar 2005 durch einen angeblichen Herrn Singer aus Deutschland geschehen ist, wozu ich einmal von meiner Seite aus in folgender Weise Stellung beziehen will: ‹Billy› Eduard Albert Meier ist ein ehrenwerter Mann, der in bezug seiner Integrität und aller menschlichen Werte untadlig ist. Er ist weder ein Betrüger noch ein Schwindler oder Scharlatan, auch erlaubt er sich keine Lügen und Verleumdungen, wie er sich auch nicht erlaubt, Bücher oder sonstige Schriftwerke sein eigen zu nennen, wenn sie nicht seinen eigenen Gedanken, Ideen und Arbeiten entsprechen.   

All die vielen Tausenden von dicht mit Maschine und Computer beschriebenen A4-Seiten sind sein eigenes Werk und sein bewusstseins-mässiges Eigentum, woraus seit 1977 bis heute rund 40 Bücher, 366 Geisteslehrbriefe à rund 55 A4-Seiten sowie viele Artikel in der Dreimonatsschrift ‹ Wassermannzeit›, in vielen Bulletins und Sonder-Bulletins erschienen sind, nebst einer Reihe von kleinen und grösseren Broschüren und einiger tausend A4-Seiten unveröffentlichter Geisteslehre-Werke, die den Weg in unsere eigenen Reihen gefunden haben.  

Und das erledigte er nebst seiner schweren manuellen Arbeit, die er trotz eines schweren gesundheitlichen Zusammenbruchs im Jahre 1982 noch bis 1984 verrichtete - oft dem Tode näher als dem Leben. Aber auch zuvor und auch danach war er unermüdlich tätig in bezug des Schreibens, der Führung des Vereins und anderer vereinswichtiger Tätigkeiten. Eduard-Billy ist bescheiden und machte niemals ein Aufhebens von seinen Leistungen, wobei er auch für Lob unempfänglich ist, weil er seinen ganzen Einsatz für die Erdenmenschen als Pflicht und Selbstverständlichkeit erachtet, weshalb er sich auch gegen jeden Dank verwehrt.  

Dass er dabei für all seine Güte und für seinen unermüdlichen Einsatz von Böswilligen verleumdet wird - was er den Lügnern und Verleumdern nicht einmal übelnimmt -, das dürfte wohl mehr sein als das, was ein normaler Mensch zu verkraften vermag. Damit will ich sagen, dass ein Mensch, der in der üblichen Weise der Erdenmenschen seine Gedanken und Gefühle pflegt, ohne Zweifel an dem zerbrechen würde, was Billy auf sich nimmt und ohne Anklage sowie ohne Hass, Zorn, Verbitterung und Feindschaft trägt. Auf der Erde wandelten viele grosse Männer, die alten Propheten, Jmmanuel, Buddha, Mohammed und viele Weise - Frauen wie Männer -, die bekannt wurden oder unbekannt geblieben sind.  

Doch auch die Neuzeit brachte wieder einen solchen Menschen hervor, nämlich unseren Freund Eduard, der weltweit als Billy und als Künder der Neuzeit bekannt und wohl der wertvollste aller Künder und Weisen ist, die auf der Erde jemals wandelten und ihr Wort in Weisheit erhoben. Doch wie es bei den alten Propheten und Weisen war, wurden sie zu Lebzeiten durch Unvernünftige und Besserwisser sowie durch Neider, Eifersüchtige und Wahngläubige drangsaliert, um ihr Wahrheitswerk zu unter-binden. Teils wurden sie physisch und psychisch gefoltert und letztlich gemordet. Auch Eduard wurde oft bedroht, denn 21 Mordanschläge auf ihn zeugen heute davon, dass auch noch in der Neuzeit die Wahrheit unbeliebt ist bei den Erdenmenschen, die - wie seit alters her - noch immer auf dem Pfade der Verderbnis wandeln. 

Das Verhalten der Lügner und Verleumder gegen den Künder der Neuzeit, Eduard resp. Billy, stufe ich, Ptaah, als armseliges, verlogenes Wüstlingsgetue und als Ausbund der infamen Schmiererei ein, wovon jeder Mensch Abstand nehmen sollte, der seiner Vernunft trächtig ist und sich bemüht, wahrlicher Mensch und ein wertvolles Mitglied der Gesellschaft zu sein. Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass selbst in der weit fortgeschrittenen Neuzeit und trotz des enorm erarbeiteten Wissens der Erdenmenschen noch immer vernunftlose und anstandslose Elemente aller Art ihr infames, verantwortungsloses und schmutziges Verhalten treiben können, ohne dass sie dafür zur Rechenschaft gezogen und massgebend der richtigen Verhaltensweise belehrt werden, wofür grundsätzlich die Regierungen zuständig sein müssten. Würde der gesunden Norm des Anstandes Rechnung getragen, dann würden Elemente, die infolge Neid, Hass und Eifersucht usw. Unfrieden zu säen versuchen, keinerlei Möglichkeit mehr finden, ihr schmutziges Benehmen zu betreiben. Das träfe auch auf diesen Mann Singer zu, der meines Erachtens zu feige war, um seinen wirklichen Namen und seine Anschrift zu nennen. Mögen ihn zur Lehre seine eigene Dummheit und Schande treffen.

Ptaah, deine Worte in der Fehlbaren Ohr, doch denke ich nicht, dass all jene Dummen sie beherzigen werden, die glauben, dass sie andere infolge ihres Neides, ihrer Besserwisserei und in ihrem Hass sowie in ihrer Eifersucht mit Lügen und Verleumdungen angreifen, verunglimpfen und verleugnen müssten, denn ihre Dummheit und Dämlichkeit lässt keine Vernunft und keinen Anstand zu. Das wird auch noch lange so bleiben, denn zu viele sind es, die in dieser Art und Weise der Lügerei und des Verleumdens sowie der Beschimpfungen leben, als dass sie schnell eines Besseren belehrt werden könnten.
