Message from the extraterrestrials for us
The message from the Pleiadians/Plejaren actually finds its origin in the history and past of their and our humanity, which makes them feel compelled to advise us and help us indirectly. They are not allowed to provide open assistance, as this is prohibited to them by their directives. The history and past of Earth's humanity has already been described in detail by Billy separately, so there is no need to explain these connections further.
It is also known that the new arrivals from the depths of the universe unfortunately brought not only good and enormous progress to Earth, but also many evils, such as deception, conflict, false ways of life, false philosophies and ideologies in the form of religions, as well as a complete turning away from the creative-natural laws and commandments.
And unfortunately, at that time, all these abuses and evils, etc., were readily accepted and followed by the people on Earth, which very quickly led to the most evil degenerations, allowing irreligions and perversions of all kinds to flourish even more. In fact, it did not take long before everything that was wrong and destructive found its way in willingly, joyfully, irresponsibly, and without consideration, and it has managed to persist to this very day.
The Pleiadians/Plejaren, who see themselves as a direct line of descent from these original ancestors, from whom today's humanity also descends, have been living in complete peace on their home worlds for 52,000 years. 5) Teaching the Earth humans that they are placed in a reincarnation cycle lasting 60 to 80 billion years, consequently they are reborn again and again in manifold succession, in order to continue evolving and eventually to enter into creation and become one with it.
6) Teaching the Earth humans that every human life form is enlivened by a tiny piece of creative spirit, which evolves and is the driving force of life, together with material consciousness.
7) Teaching the Earth humans about a globally sustainable population (no overpopulation as well as many other facts that are connected with human life and that of fauna and flora, as well as with the environment and human attitudes and morals, which also include human life and humanity itself, as well as their true inner and outer freedom, love and harmony, charity, knowledge and wisdom, truth, and all forms of responsibility).
Every single person, every family, every race, every people, and every nation live according to a self-created destiny. Accordingly, the entire humanity on Earth must evolve on its own, without any external help, through its own genuine effort and responsibility, using understanding and reason, and return to the right path of following the creative-natural laws and commandments.
In this process, the extraterrestrials cannot provide direct assistance, because the invaluable advice and guidance through impulse-telepathic information are only in indirect form, of which the recipients have no idea, and therefore they attribute their discovered results, etc., to their own ingenuity.

A person who is under the influence of strong religious convictions can never bring about a significant, life-building development, because they think and act too one-sidedly and too humanely, which, however, also leads to their own one-sided degeneration. The great danger lies in the fact that scientists often exploit the power of their skills and knowledge for selfish purposes, enslaving and exploiting their less developed peers. This must be prevented, as well as the misuse of their technical achievements if they serve only destruction. It is not right that they should elevate themselves to the status of gods and thereby commit the same mistakes as our (common) ancestors.
We want to try to prevent this through certain influences. But we also want to point out certain paths and allow certain insights to mature in Earth human beings. Es ist daher falsch, uns als überirdische Botschafter und Wächter darzustellen. Wären wir Botschafter und Wächter in dem Sinne, wie man von uns behauptet, dann würden wir in aller Öffentlichkeit landen und die Geschicke der Erdenmenschen in aller Erkennbarkeit lenken. Wir sind nicht das, was man uns andichtet; auch wenn wir geistig (bewusstseins-mässig) rund 25 Millionen Jahre weiter und technisch den Erdenmenschen um nahezu 3½ Jahrtausende (inzwischen rund 8000 Jahre) voraus sind.
Doch aber liegt es im Sinne aller jener Erdenmenschen, uns zu etwas Göttlichem zu machen, die selbst in einem religiösen Glauben gefangen sind. Dadurch degradieren sie sich selbst und alle ihre Mitmenschen zu unterentwickelten Menschenwesen. Durch fehlerhafte oder ganz bewusst erfundene Kontaktberichte, die jeder Wahrheit entbehren, entsteht der Eindruck, dass der Erdenmensch nur Fehler begehe und in keiner Weise richtig lebe. Dem ist aber in Wahrheit nicht so, denn der Erden-mensch geht seinen evolutionsmässig bedingten Weg. Gewiss, er ist barbarisch und dementsprechend auch in seinen Forschungen ungestüm und oft bedenkenlos.
Doch das Barbarentum ist vielen Lebensformen eigen, denn es ist naturbedingt und zweckmässig, wodurch das Leben erst gewährleistet ist. Damit nenne ich das natürliche Barbarentum, das von Ausartungen frei ist. Dieses liegt auch viel höher-entwickelten Rassen als denen der Erdenmenschen an, und es legt sich erst mit höherer geistiger (bewusstseinsmässiger) Vervollkommnung, wenn die erforderlichen Erkenntnisse dem Geiste (Bewusstsein) eigen geworden sind. Es liegt aber in keiner Weise an, dass der Erdenmensch nur diffamiert und zur Ausgeburt des Bösen degradiert wird.
Er ist Abkömmling wilder Vorfahren und hat den Weg seiner Entwicklung zu gehen. Dieser Weg aber führt unter viel Not, Elend und Mühsal zu Erkenntnis und Wissen. Dies aber erfordert wiederum die Härte eines gewissen Barbarentums, ohne das kein Drang nach vorne, nach dem Neuen, in Anspruch genommen werden könnte. Erst ein gewisses Barbarentum erlaubt Forschung und Entwicklung, denn in ihm liegt die nötige Härte, über gewisse bindende Dinge hinwegzusehen, welche den Fortschritt verhindern würden, nämlich z.B. strenge Glaubenseinbildungen, welche den Fortschritt in jeder Beziehung behindern oder gar im Keime ersticken.
Menschenwesen vermögen so folgerichtig nur dann fruchttragende Forschung zu betreiben, wenn sie religiöse Glaubenseinbildungen weitgehend ausschalten und die Wahrheiten dort suchen, wo sie wirklich verborgen sind. Dies beeinträchtigt nicht die Achtung vor dem Leben oder gar die Achtung vor der Schöpfung selbst, ganz im Gegenteil; die Achtung vor der Schöpfung und dem Leben wird durch die Forschung und ihre Erkenntnis erst recht angefacht.
Der Erdenmensch möge das erkennen daran, dass dem wirklich so ist; dass kein Leben von Krankheit befreit werden könnte, wenn nicht experimentell vorher Leben zerstört worden wäre, um die Krankheitskeime und Gegenmittel zu analysieren. Um aber Leben für Forschungszwecke zu zerstören, dazu bedarf es eines Barbarentums. Aber auch alle Arten der Evolution bedürfen des Barbarentums, weil nur dies die notwendige Härte erzeugt.
So vermag ein unter starken Glaubenseinbildungen liegender Mensch niemals eine massgebende lebensaufbauende Entwicklung zu bringen, weil er zu einseitig und zu human denkt und handelt, wodurch er aber ebenso einseitig ausartet. Die grosse Gefahr liegt darin, dass Wissenschaftler vielfach die Macht ihres Könnens und Wissens zu eigennützigen Zwecken ausnützen und ihre weniger entwickelten Artgenossen in Versklavung und Ausbeutung schlagen. Dies soll verhütet werden, ebenso aber auch ihre Errungenschaften in technischer Hinsicht, wenn sie nur der Zerstörung dienen. Es liegt nicht an, dass sie sich dadurch zu Göttern aufschwingen und dass sie dadurch dieselben Fehler begehen wie schon unsere (gemeinsamen) Vorfahren.
Dies wollen wir durch gewisse Einflüsse zu verhüten versuchen. Wir wollen aber auch gewisse Wege weisen und gewisse Erkenntnisse im Erdenmenschen reifen lassen. The Pleiadians/Plejaren, Billy continues, also show us that one of our most urgent problems here on Earth and in the material realm of life is the insane overpopulation (in the middle of 1996 about 6.8 billion = much more than the state statistics claim).
The extraterrestrials point out that practically all the problems rampant on Earth today are solely attributable to this, which is why their message in this regard is that the entire human population on Earth must be drastically and rapidly reduced through intentional, worldwide birth control, otherwise all kinds of evils will continue to increase and get out of control as they are:
- Armed conflicts.
- Permanent potential danger of a third world war.
- Global environmental destruction, such as air pollution, slash-and-burn farming, rainforest and resource exploitation, radioactive contamination, chemical poisoning, etc., which also leads to the extinction of fauna and flora, which is equivalent to the destruction of the entire basis of human life.
- Increasing softening of people in physical, psychological, and consciousness-related ways, causing the strength of vitality to rapidly decline.
- Feminization of the male form of life, which is also becoming increasingly apparent in animals as well.
- Rapidly increasing infertility in women and men (because nature is inevitably beginning to defend itself through mutation and other means, which also affects sperm production in men, where it is already scientifically proven to be declining). Therefore, if humans do not take action themselves against overpopulation and radically curb it, nature will strike with epidemics and infertility, etc., to such an extent that humanity will one day become completely incapable of reproduction and thus destroy itself).

- Cruelty to animals.
- Human exploitation and abuse, enslavement and subjugation, etc.
- Sexual excesses and degeneracy in every form.

But if this is not done, then everything is heading toward a dire future, in which all previously existing global problems will be made even greater and will rise to immeasurable proportions through false humanity and whitewashing. Therefore, humanity must turn back before it ultimately runs into ruin. And this is not just the message from the Pleiadians/Plejaren, but also the understanding of every reasonably thinking and responsible Earth human of today.
Billy goes on to write that the Pleiadians/Plejaren asked him and the FIGU to spread their messages worldwide, which he has been doing personally since 1953, and since 1990 also with the core group of FIGU, and from the mid-1990s also with the passive group members of FIGU worldwide, because, he continues, we take the teachings and messages from the extraterrestrials very seriously.
Overall, Billy writes, we are extremely active in this regard (as of 1997) and reach the world public through a variety of publications from our in-house printing press, as well as through newspapers and magazines, books, and lectures worldwide. Circulars are also included, as well as countless personal conversations and correspondence with people interested in the matter, although, as mentioned earlier, we only share facts and do not engage in any proselytizing.
Since 1993, we have further multiplied our global informative activities and efforts by launching yet another campaign, as we have often done, during which we once again wrote to well over 25,000 government offices, organizations, radio and TV stations, and universities worldwide, and continue to write repeatedly (1997) to raise awareness about the time bomb of overpopulation and all the severe consequences resulting from it.
