Establishing Colonies
In 1981 Billy was informed about a relocation operation of the population living on 16 planets in a system facing destruction. The Pleiadian/Plejaren and their federation members helped the people living on these doomed planets to move to uninhabited but easily habitable areas, where new habitable and suitable planets had been found on which the people could be relocated. In 1993 Billy was told about yet again about another relocation operation that the Pleiadian/Plejaren had done. This information was revealed in contact 246 with Ptaah. He had been away for a long time before this visit took place. Reason he gave was that it was not possible for him to be absent from this task, because It was really very important, and his presence there, where this took place, was indeed unavoidable.
And his task was to establish a colony on an uninhabited planet called KATHAN in the IDAM sector of space, which on Earth in this space-time structure is known as the spiral nebula NGC 2997 and is located at a distance of 45 million light-years from Earth. At the same time, Ptaah was also busy in the NOSIR sector, where they also established a new colony. This too took place on an uninhabited planet, which they called NASADAN.
The NOSIR space region is a galaxy that is 16 million light-years away from the SOL system in this space-time structure and is referred to as M 83 in Earth's astronomical science.
Billy’s reply to Ptaah was that if he understood it correctly, the Spiral Nebula and the galaxy are not located in their space-time structure, and his question to Ptaah then became why he establishes colonies when they have enough space on their own planets, since they do not tend toward overpopulation, as is the case on Earth.
To which Ptaah replied that the colonies were established to separate two feuding great nations, that threatened to destroy each other on their home planets by waging endless wars against each other. Both capable of nuclear technology and early space travel, they attacked each other's planets and brought them very close to destruction.
And since our Federation, Ptaah continued, exercises oversight over these two planets as well as their inhabitants, they therefore decided, in accordance with the advice from the High Council, to relocate the two warring peoples in order to ensure the continued existence of the other, peace-loving peoples of the two planets.They too have mastered the first space travel, yet they pose no danger. However, the fallible ones, numbering 124 million in one people and 106 million in the other, were relocated to the planets he mentioned in the space regions IDAM and NOSIR, where they will live from now on without knowing the location of the other hostile people.
Furthermore, it will be impossible for the relocated people of both nations to travel to other planets again, because care was taken to ensure that the nearest inhabited planets are more than 130 light-years away from the colonies, meaning they cannot be reached by the relocated people.
This is on the one hand because their space travel technology is only developed to the extent that distances of at most 430 million kilometers can be managed, while the life expectancy of the colonists, averaging 83 years, is still quite low.
