Billy writes that before explaining hyperspace, it must be clarified that the entire universe, and thus creation itself, is embedded in a cosmic order, as is all material life in the entire realm of creation/universe. Just as humans have day and night as periods of wakefulness and sleep, creation (the universe) also exists in a similar state, only that the periods of wakefulness and twilight sleep are far longer in their temporal duration than in humans or any other life forms.
In the current universe of creation, one day for creation (universal consciousness, universe) is 311,040,000,000,000 years. One hour of creation/universe hour in the current material evolutionary universe amounts to 12 trillion 960 billion years, while one minute is 216 billion years and one second is 3.6 billion years. A mega-galaxy age encompasses 25 trillion 920 billion years.
The first day of the first material universe of creation, evolving in this form, therefore amounts to 311,040,000,000,000 years of Earth time measurement, this being calculated from the very beginning of becoming to the last iota of passing away. In a 7x7-fold form, the creation day time now expands with each new and more developed universe, so that the next universe (creation) therefore has a day that can be calculated as 2,177,280,000,000,000 years; accordingly, the calculation then looks like this:

Thus, the starting point of today's speed of light was at a speed of 344,292.9 kilometers per second, but due to an already elapsed partial half-life, it has so far decreased by 44,500,423 kilometers per second, resulting in the current speed of light of 299,792.5 kilometers per second. According to this, an original light year at the starting point of the current speed of light amounted to 13,288,539,800,160,000 years.

And the existence of these various hyperspaces, in which fundamentally different speed constants of light prevail (higher in the past and lower in the future), makes it possible to conduct time travel to the past or the future, as well as travel in timelessness or in zero-time.
The zero time and the timelessness mean nothing more than that the speed of the currently prevailing light constant in material space of 299,792.5 kilometers per second is exceeded through a highly advanced technical process and immersed into a hyperspace, where the smallest units of time that exist there, with a much higher speed constant, ensure a million-fold higher light speed for the flying object than is possible in purely material regions of the universe. For this, the extraterrestrials use tachyon engines, through which tachyons are captured and accelerated in recoil many millions and billions of times, with the basic propulsion energy being drawn from the omnipresent and inexhaustible electrons. The flying object in question only needs to be manipulable in such a way that the flow of chronons can be utilized and controlled.

Billy is concluding his explanation by stating that all interested parties must therefore come to terms with the fact that the aforementioned things simply exist in such a way that chronons can only exist and move in normal space, while tachyons can only move in hyperspace. In his last remark about this he writes that It should only be added that after the completion of the next cosmic half-life, our known speed of light constant of 299,792.5 kilometers per second will have fallen to a new constant of 172,146.46 kilometers per second, which is certainly interesting for those Earthlings to know who make certain calculations and thereby wish to help all of humanity on Earth a good deal.
