In the book Billy wrote called “Auf den Tiefen des Weltenraums…Kontakte mit den Plejadiern/Pejaren” (1997) he gave many interesting details about their spacecrafts such as for example they can anchor in deep waters if there is a need for it. Having anchoring capability implies that these spacecrafts also have inbuilt equipment which serves the same purpose as the chain and anchor does on a ship.
On the one hand, the Pleiadians/Plejaren possess a whole range of different spacecraft with characteristics that seem extremely fantastic to Earth humans in normal space.
On the other hand, most of these flying objects (with a few exceptions) are actually designed and equipped with all the necessary apparatus, etc., in such a way that they are truly and literally capable of traveling through space and time, and thus reaching the past or the future, respectively, or other dimensions and universes.
Billy goes on to write that before he goes into into that, however, he would first like to list some of the striking capabilities and characteristics of these technical marvels of extraterrestrial origin:
1) The Pleiadian-Plejarian spacecraft fly completely silently and are capable of performing all kinds of, or by Earth human standards, 'impossible' flight maneuvers.
2) The spacecraft have the ability to shield themselves visually and acoustically against any detection by activating protective shields. Not only radar, but also other detection devices and instruments, etc., are rendered useless this way.
3) The spacecraft can be controlled both manually and fully automatically, with the autopilot being capable of independently carrying out every landing, takeoff, and evasive maneuver, guided only remotely by the thought impulses of a pilot, who does not need to have any aviation knowledge or the like, because upon receiving a mental command, each aviation equipment independently initiates and performs all necessary maneuvers.
This also ensures that a planet or any target can be approached independently without special guidance from a pilot, and that such a spacecraft can land or anchor at the precise point in time and at every target point on a planet's surface or in deep waters. In the same way, gas clouds or gas planets, as well as other dimensions, can also be approached, and so on.
4) The Pleiadian-Plejarian spacecraft of all types and sizes are 100% crash-proof. Onboard monitoring devices continuously monitor all functions as well as all materials and the overall structure of the aircraft, so that any weaknesses, material defects, and other errors can be detected and rectified at an early stage.
The propulsion, navigation, control, and life support systems are duplicated in every spacecraft of every size, so that if one fails, the other can take over. He was assured several times that such a case had not occurred for many hundreds of years because no faults had occurred, neither in the material nor in the various systems.

And since the Pleiadians/Plejarans act as enforcers chosen by the entire federation, sufficient armament of the space and planetary ships as well as their crews is necessary, even if these weapons have not had to be used as such for millennia. The weapons themselves, all of them, are also tools for various tasks, and in this function they are continually put to use.
It is therefore essential that the Pleiadians/Plejaren also possess weapons, because they are responsible for maintaining peace and order throughout the regions of their federation as well as in other areas of other dimensions. However, this task is not carried out with the use of weapons, but in a purely peaceful manner, where weapons would only be used as a means of self-defence in emergencies. As mentioned, this has not been necessary for millennia, because all members of the federation, who also have their own armament, live in peaceful coexistence according to the creative laws and commandments.
A fact that unfortunately does not apply to all extraterrestrials living and existing in the almost endless expanses of the universe, because they are often still quite brutal and warlike and therefore aggressive. For these reasons as well, it is necessary that the Pleiadians/Plejaren and their allies are armed when they encounter such aggressive and warlike beings or are attacked by them. The Pleiadians/Plejaren themselves are always only defensive, never offensive, and consequently, they never carry out attacks or subjugate any human civilizations or worlds.
6) The spaceships are without exception capable of entering other dimensions (space-time planes) and also of leaving them again with absolute reliability. This applies to all smaller, as well as large and largest objects. Only purely planetary-bound flying vehicles do not possess this technology, which also allows travel into the future or past.
7) The larger spaceships as well as the medium space-planet ships are equipped with all the necessary apparatus, etc., to carry out time manipulations, resulting in a time shift. This means that, for example, a certain period of time is lived through, but is then manipulated back, allowing the same period of time to be lived through again. An example of this is Billy writes is that he spent five days with Semjase in her father's command spacecraft in the DERN and DAL universes, only to reappear there shortly after leaving home because time was manipulated backwards.
8) The astronomical distances in the universe are, for the time being, still managed by the Pleiadians/Plejaren with a whole armada of spacecraft, which maneuver throughout the vastness of the universe and in various dimensions, practically without any loss of time when traveling from one place to another at many times the speed of light.
Traveling hundreds, thousands, or even millions or billions of light years takes only a few minutes. However, this technology is already outdated, but it is not being abandoned. The latest technology for transport and travel through space and into other dimensions takes no time at all, because all that is required is to pass through or fly through artificially generated gates to the destination, which can be anywhere in space or directly on the surface of a planet.
9) The most mysterious thing about the Pleiadian-Plejaran spacecrafts is probably the fact that they can travel through time at will, both into the past and into the future, as a result of which they become present in the past or future in a dimension-shifted form, or they become completely real and physically adapted to the dimension they have traveled to, so that they are present in physical form together with their spaceship, etc.
Such journeys are generally undertaken for expeditions and other research, in order to gain certainty about certain things, for example, to investigate causes and backgrounds or the effects of certain causes, because this is vital for the Pleiadians/Plejaren. Of course, however, it is not customary for them to undertake a time travel for every small uncertainty or the like, as such trips are only undertaken when it is really necessary.
With the help of such time travel, however, the Pleiadians/Plejaren have already solved many mysteries and secrets of the past, from which Billy writes that he was also able to benefit from. Information and research results from the future also often benefited the Pleiadians/Plejaren, as well as he himself, when he was allowed to see some things from the future.
